Specialist Equipment

We have access to all the 'traditional' gym equipment that is located in the Sports Village which all members have supervised access to, with instructors/guideance, in addition the Club has 'specialist' equipment which specifically helps Stroke survivors.

PARALLEL BARS

Our parallel bars are invaluable to members who are regaining the ability to walk. For members with difficulty holding/gripping we provide bespoke (active hands) Velcro gloves along with aids to assist with 'Sit to Stand' exercise.

HAND/ARM - FOOT BIKES

We have 5 motorised bespoke machines that allow members exercise to both arms and legs simultaneously.

THE CLUB HAS SEVERAL 'DESK-BIKES' THAT MEMBERS CAN BORROW AND USE AT HOME IF IT WILL HELP THEIR SYMTOMS
